Blockages & Drain Clearing
Blockages and damage can happen in stormwater and sewer drains for many reasons such as tree roots, objects or a build-up of debris.
In South Gippsland and Bass Coast, we have a lot of trees that can affect drains. Combined with our high rainfall, any blockages to your sewer and stormwater can quickly cause water damage to your home.
Do I have a blocked sewer or stormwater drain?

Locating and Clearing Blocked Drains
Once we have identified and located the source of the blockage and/or damage, we can get it cleared. Schellen Plumbing have CCTV Drainage Camera equipment on hand to quickly identify and locate blockages without the need to dig up your yard or garden.
There are various methods to clear blockages; sometimes they can be cleared quickly using rods or a plunger while larger blockages may require our high pressure jetter.
Once the blockage has been cleared, the CCTV Drainage Camera enables us to ensure the blockage has been completely cleared and to assess the full extent of any damage that is likely to cause ongoing issues.

Hot Water systems tend to stop working at the most inconvenient times. They can burst or leak, show error codes or it may be as simple as the pilot light needing a re-light.
