We Are A Family Business.
Schellen Plumbing are proud to be a family run business based out of Korumburra, a growing regional town in beautiful South Gippsland. Michael, along with partner Melissa and our three young children, live and work in the local community. We partner with local suppliers and services to deliver quality workmanship and a reliable, cost-effective plumbing service.
We understand the benefits and challenges of living in a regional area and are proud to offer a personalised service for our variety of clients across South Gippsland and Bass Coast. We employ local people and believe in building relationships within our community to ensure we meet the needs of our clients.
Michael has experience across a range of construction and plumbing areas. He started his career in the building industry in South Australia, working on portable camps for the mining industry. His work took him to the far reaches of remote Western Australia, Queensland and South Australia where he built, transported, installed, and de-commissioned portable campsites.
Michael completed his plumbing apprenticeship in South Gippsland and went on to complete further study and VBA accreditation to become a fully Licensed Plumber, including Type A Gas. He has worked in a variety of plumbing areas including new homes, renovations, maintenance, septic installations, commercial, real estate, and contract work including RACV and DFFH emergency maintenance.
